To use the Conversational Assessment of Neurocognitive Dysfunction (hereinafter referred to as “CANDy”), it is necessary to understand and agree to the following.
１.Attribution of Rights
All intellectual property rights related to CANDy belong to our company or those licensed by our company. The users do not acquire any rights to CANDy except for those explicitly expressed by our company.
２.Compliance Requirements
(1) CANDy users are forbidden from the following.
[1] Duplicating, releasing, transmitting, distributing, assigning, lending, translating, adapting, licensing, reprinting, or reusing (all or part of) the content of CANDy without permission from our company.
[2] In addition to the above, the user must not infringe on the intellectual property rights, other rights, or interests of our company or third parties.
(2) In the event that the user violates any of the preceding items, the user acknowledges in advance that our company has the right to request a paymentequivalent to the profits earned by the user through the violating action.
３.Disclaimer of Guarantee
Our company provides no guarantee of any kind that CANDy is compatible with any or all of the user’s specific goals, or that it possesses the functionality, accuracy, or usefulness that users anticipate.
４.Our Responsibility
Our company bears no responsibility whatsoever for any damages or losses suffered by anyone using CANDy.
５.Handling of Personal Information
Before using CANDy, it is necessary to register the user’s name, affiliation, and email address.
Registered personal information may be used to request cooperation with a future CANDy research survey but it will never be used for any other purpose.
